Withdrawal from a distance contract

1. General information
Generally, consumers entering distance service contracts have 14 calendar days from contracting to withdraw without giving a reason where that right legally applies. Specific information must be provided before contracting.
2. Starting during the period
Starting during the withdrawal period requires an express request and information about the consequences. Later withdrawal may entail a proportionate charge for services already provided where legal requirements are met. Selecting a plan does not authorize the start of service.
3. How to notify us
Send an unambiguous statement to info@xpaifitness.com or the company address before the period expires. You may use the following template, but it is not mandatory. Keep a copy and evidence of sending.

5. Refund
Where applicable, refunds follow statutory timing and payment-method requirements, subject to lawful proportionate deductions. This template does not confirm a membership or replace the particular contract terms.
